Thorn & Burrow is tiny gorilla style outfit that focuses on low intervention skin contact whites. Originally conceived by ex Vancouver restaurant professional Alex Thornley; they currently exists as a virtual winery. Organic fruit is sourced from around British Columbia as well as leasing a tiny organically farmed vineyard in Abbotsford. Their bread and butter comes from mostly playing with crushable aromatic white verities and toying with some more serious textual Chardonnay. Year to year they source different fruit from different sites and have fun making wines that they wanna drink!
