Our project starts from the idea of recovering three vineyards located on a hill a few kilometers from the sea behind San Benedetto del Tronto, in a very suggestive and panoramic countryside area, on one side you can see the sea and on the other the mountains . The vineyards are exposed to the south and planted in former gravel quarries, used in the past to build roads to neighboring villages. In total we have 2.5 hectares of certified organic vineyard divided between Montepulciano (planted in 2000), Sangiovese (planted in 2000) and Passerina (planted in (2015). We use copper and sulfur according to the vintage, the harvest is manual and the grapes are transported to the cellar in boxes of a maximum of 15 kg each. In the cellar the fermentation is spontaneous, we add 10 mg/l of sulfur dioxide only before fermentation, after which we do not use any other product, we do not clarify, we do not filter. We produce three wines (using only our grapes) whose names are inspired by the Sambenedettese dialect: Chierina, Sburdejò and Salpadipoppa.

Il nostro progetto parte dall'idea di recuperare tre vigneti situati in collina a pochi chilometri dal mare alle spalle di San Benedetto del Tronto, in una zona di campagna molto suggestiva e panoramica, da una parte si vede il mare e dall'altra le montagne.
I vigneti sono esposti a sud e impiantati all'interno di ex cave di ghiaia, utilizzata in passato per costruire le strade dei paesi vicini.
In totale disponiamo di 2.5 ettari di vigna certificata biologica divisa tra Montepulciano (impiantata nel 2000), Sangiovese (impiantata nel 2000) e Passerina (impiantata nel (2015).
Usiamo rame e zolfo in base all'annata, la vendemmia è manuale e l'uva viene trasportata in cantina in cassette da massimo 15 kg l'una. 
In cantina la fermentazione è spontanea, aggiungiamo 10 mg/l di solforosa solo prima della fermentazione, dopodiché non usiamo nessun altro prodotto, non chiarifichiamo, non filtriamo.
Produciamo tre vini (usando esclusivamente le nostre uve) i cui nomi prendono ispirazione dal dialetto sambenedettese: Chierina, Sburdejò e Salpadipoppa.
