Another + bottling from the master that is Tscheppe. The + line had a bit of fizz and residual sugar on release that has now integrated gracefully into the wines. Aromatic without being over the top these fall more into the mold of top-end Sancerre than you're usual savvy b. Limey, zesty, and would work wonderfully with food
