Syrah - Roussillon - Vin de France
The grapes were destemmed, and macerated for 10 days on the skins with very gentle punchdowns once a day to keep the cap wet without breaking it. Aging: 11 months in used oak, one oval halb-Stück of 700L, one 500L and one 225L.

Si vous en trouvez une échappez vous avec pour la boire tout seul ! C’est plein de fruit 🍇 un peu réglisse un rosé malin comme l’œil malicieux du vigneron qui vous demande sur de son fait : « c’est bon hein ! » ouais c’est très très très très bon 😋
