Brasserie des Voirons (74). Il s'agit d'un accident ! La bière blonde Lug a pris un voile lors de son élaboration, comme pour un vin jaune. Résultat : une légère touche oxydative qui rajoute du corps à cette bière douce et aux bulles crémeuses !

This unidentified highly drinkable wine is from the North of Portugal (Monçao & Melgaço) and is definitely the most surprising thing ever tasted in Portugal so far! ❤️
Typically veal rump rolls with sage and prosciutto. Our version is opened, the prosciutto is an 18 months cured from Bassiano, a few km south-east Rome. Served with seasonal broccoletti ‘ajo e ojo’
