Très joli chenin, avec cette expression plus sèche de la région de Saumur. Un régal.
C'est bien bon ça remplit parfaitement le job. Une mineralité bien canalisée qui laisse s'exprimer des arômes de poire fraîches et de fleurs blanches. Un joli vin !

Great new cuvée from Sébastien & Emeline. Super fresh chenin blanc, bursting with energy. Powerful nose of lemon leaves, summery field flowers and perhaps some fresh herbs. Equally powerful in the mouth. Mouth watering acidity, will keep you wanting another sip. Wonderful length. Will sweep you right of your feet! BTW Poil de Lièvre is the name of the lieu-dit where the vineyard is. @ Daxivin Amsterdam.
