C'est frais, complexe sur les fruits jaunes et très surprenant ! Un Chenin venu de Catalogne hors du commun. Miam 😋
Belle robe ambrée, nez complexe, parfum d olive, vin très oxidatif, dégustation avec tapas fruits de mer, belle combinaison.
Starts of slow, but open up great with air. More elegant then prior vintages.
Unfiltered, wonderfully fruity-tart notes combined with a salty/savory finish. 4.3/5
Au nez, silex et coquillages. En bouche, c’est vif et iodé. Verveine et caillouteux.
Un vin orange très léger parfait pour les non-initiés. Belle fraîcheur, une pointe saline et beaucoup d'agrumes. Très digeste, on en redemande !
Funky shit! Delicious and rich in acidity. The color is like beer - and after a few days later it turns brown. Interesting but Not their best.
