Vin pur et franc de type gastronomique pour accompagner un plat car il est quand même présent avec une très jolie amertume et gras aérien (sur le glycérol et l alcool à 14%) mais pur et élégant. Avec les notes de macération parfaitement élégante.
Belle complexité après qq minutes d'aération.
Idéal à l’apéro 👌🏼
