True, very real saltiness in the nose, while vibrant and very active tannines in the mouth, but an alcoholic feel that reminds of profound roussillon wines, while keeping a very peculiar and unique Greek taste. Very, very nice. Had it at Bilili in Paris - not yet listed, but right across from Les Arlots.
