The best bottle of L'Anglore I ever had ! Very very (very) aromatic, "pot pourri" of dried flowers, rose, oriental spices, with a slight vegetal feeling like fresh cut roots.. The kind of wine you can smell for hours ! Superb freshness on the palate, awesome balance, incredibly digest, long, just a touch of bitterness, a beautiful fruit, no hot or "burnt" sensations like I may had before on some Eric Pfifferling's wines, though it has this unmistakable l'Anglore style ! And after 30 minutes it went in the direction of a great natural Bourgogne, Prieuré Roch style (!).
Une des cuvées les plus structurées de l’Anglore. Mérite encore un peu d’attente.
