A bit oxidative, this wine has a serious nose but has a lot of fruit also. Smells like it would go well with some salty almonds. And it does indeed! Tastes lighter than I would expect, but very nice complex flavours that stay with you for a long time. Perfect accompaniment for cured ham, olives etc. I do smell a hint of mousiness though. Make sure to drink the whole bottle at once. I'm pretty sure this will not be very nice if you keep half a bottle till the next day. Other than that, very enjoyable.
Natural white wine, biodynamic, 100% Xarel-lo (the grape often used for Cava). Crisp and mineral. 4/5.
très très bon! vin sec élégant et soyeux qui se deroule sur la tention d une belle acidité citronée. Le xarel lo naturel est souvent un peu réducteur se qui donne au vin une ampleur aromatique.

Un très beau vin catalan, 100% Xarel-lo avec une belle aromatique, de la tension juste ce qu'il faut et un léger gras qui tapisse le palais ! Parfait 👍
