I took a lot of notes on this wine but the bottom line is....it is really good, it dances and sings, alive and lively, and it makes me feel 😊 😊😊 And Jean-Pierre is a master......and two hours after opening it was so refined, elegant............
Fresh and heavy minerals. A little sweetness on the aroma. Amazing wine. Good selection at Sentralen.

Nous avons apprécié ce bon pétillant, vinifié de la meilleure manière, lui permettant de garder sa force au fil des années. Il se développe encore bien après ouverture ; il nous a paru plus fin et tendu que les bouteilles ouvertes plus jeunes.

Très facile à boire cette bulle légèrement sucrée, beaucoup de fraîcheur, acidité caractéristique qui tend sur la Granny Smith, c’est minéral, agrumes/pamplemousse.
