Fruité, très ! Gourmand, légèrement pétillant mais surtout trop éphémère !
It most definitely needed some air to loose the smell of sweaty armpits. It also favored the tannins and therefore reduced the light acidity to a minimum. All in all a tasty red with no need for any kind of foods.
