Location: Burgenland, Austria Concept: biodynamic (Demeter), natural, world famous "people-wines" project Grapes: Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt Aromas: cherry, brambles, currant, sage, spices, brine Palate: affectionate, easy-going, earthy, juicy, mineral Other information: fermentation with skins in used 500 and 1200-liter barrels for 3 weeks, aging for 12 months, bottled unfined, unfiltered and with zero sulfur

Still really good! Tried the 2018, three years ago. Cherries and peppery. Maybe amarena cherries. Ripe plums. Earthy with lots of minerals in the nose! Some volatile acids. Powerful acidity with some tannins. A little bit fizzy on the tongue. Really good and easy to match with different food.
