Had at Ordinaire in Oakland. One of my most memorable wines
Bien mûr, très équilibré. Néanmoins le fruit est un tout petit peu gâché par un note de fromage au nez. Cela reste très bon mais trop cher.
Super bouteille. Encore très en forme pour son âge, on découvre un cabernet dans sa finesse et son élégance.
Goat cheese and sausage. Wild and fresh and beautiful. With just enough acidity to make you want to drink more and more
