Lieu-dit grosse pierre 1000 bouteilles 10 mois en fûts
Wonderful orange wine from Bugey. Chardonnay, whole bunch maceration during one month, then élevage in cuve on the lees for 11 months. Unfiltered, no added sulfites. Great concentration, fraicheur, serious mineral aroma with fleshyness and a hint of honey. Easy to drink, well structured but not overly tannic. Nice length. I like this wine very much. Its a pity that only 200 bottles were made, would love to drink this more often!
