Almost peachy, super refreshing summer slosher with bright, piercing citrus acid. Definitely a bit better at a slightly warmer temp than normal.

Notes de citrus, légèrement fumé, belle fraîcheur

Pheasant's Tears is a project created by two enlightened characters, the viticulture Gela Patalishvili and the painter John Wurdeman, in the east of Georgia, in the Kartli and Kakheti regions. Today we are talking about TSOLIKAURI, white Georgian native from vineyards dating back to the nineteenth century, aging in the typical qvevri (amphora), the nose is intense with floral scents, herbs and ripe yellow fruits, the palate large structure with a long and Harmonious.. Have a nice tasting!
