GUSTO: freschezza e un’acidità che parlano sia del carattere dominante del Riesling sia del terreno Pieno e corposo la leggiadro ed elegante, profondo e persistente. TEMPERATURA: 12-14°C GRADAZIONE: 14.5% VENDEMMIA: VINIFICAZIONE E AFFINAMENTO: Macerazione di alcuni giorni con fermentazione spontanea in tonneaux dove affina per un anno con continui batonnage, poi un anno di bottiglia.
