J’ai été déçue, trop cher, prétentieux, pas très intéressant, malgré une jolie liste de vins nature, et un remarquable Prosecco nature sans étiquette d’exception délicieux. mais pas d’explosion au palais. Pas généreux et nous sommes en Italie...

Ai bu un Prieuré Roch 2008. Un pur bonheur de pinot, dense mais élégant, sur du poulpe cuit dans son "eau" et cocos de leur ferme. Un pur moment de kitch Italien, une direction very friendly et professionnelle, une qualité rare, les seuls dans le périmètre. A faire et refaire, avec une carte des vins remplies de canons, serieux, bio et biodyn, et rares pour certains...(mon top of the pop á 50 minutes de Nice)
