Winzerhof Linder practices Probiotik-Agriculture, meaning they work 100% pesticide-free using only microorganisms grown from compost tea, herb fermentations, whey, stone powder, and clay. No copper, sulfur, or anything else touches their farm.
They believe monoculture agriculture caused the 2021 disaster. Previous generations knew that one year you can harvest lots of nuts, the year after potatoes, and the year after apples. But if you only have grapes, you lose this diversity. They are now changing this problem and working with other fruits like apples, pears, plums, honey, pomegranates, and figs, anything they can ferment into alcohol with natural yeasts.
