At Domaine des Terres Promises (meaning the promised lands), literally and metaphorically situated at the end of Chemin de L’Espérance (meaning the path of perseverance), is Jean-Christophe Comor, naturally making wines in the foothills of Mount Sainte Baume and creating beautiful expressions of Provence 🌄
Lucky Raisin team member Christophe Fustinoni visited the domaine, and had the pleasure of tasting several cuvées: Analepse (Carignan Blanc, Clairette), L’Amourvèdre (Mourvèdre, of course), L’Antidote (Carignan), and à Bouche Que Veux-TU (Ugni Blanc, Rolle).
In the words of Comor when leaving a career in politics for natural winemaking, “J’ai quitté le vain pour faire du vin” (I left the vain to make wine)… and we are glad he did 🍇
