Heredo Experience

A celebration of naturalness, tradition and Japanese culture through wines, gastronomy and art!

HEREDO is a gastronomic project that encompasses a series of events organized by two entrepreneurs in HoReCa who want to bring novel complex experiences, focusing on cultural gastronomy, art and knowledge, to the Romanian public and beyond. The first edition celebrates Japanese craftsmanship, a tribute to authentic traditions and the harmony between nature and culture.
It all started when the pioneer producer Cantina Giardino in Campania Irpinia, Italy, went to Japan in search of exceptional products that reflect these values. "We visited nine cities to meet passionate people, who believe in natural and traditional methods of producing quality food and drink. We wanted to learn from their philosophy, to be inspired and to share this unique experience with you," say Antonio & Daniela De Gruttola, the founders of Cantina Giardino. Impressed by this trip, they turned the expedition into a fascinating documentary, dedicated to exceptional producers in Japan.
Now, Natty Wines, with the support of Cantina Giardino, brings for the first time in Romania fragments of these philosophies through the documentary that we will watch together.
Together with Orz Event Design, we are launching the first episode of the HEREDO EXPERIENCES series With the support of the partners of this edition – Yoshi Izakaya and Nais Space – we are preparing a special cultural and gastronomic event.
At its base are natural sake from Japan, natural wines (the NA-TU-RE trilogy from Cantina Giardino), miso, ramen, soy sauce and other authentic Japanese elements.
