For Milan and his family, wine is like food. Their "bread and butter". Forks & Knives is his line that represents the wines he ultimately wants to produce; accessible, everyday and 'friendly'. Macerated overnight, lightly pressed and matured in large wooden barrels. On the palate, its uniqueness is the fullness of taste, rich body, fruity and rounded acids and notes which, just like the aromatic profile, are dominated by yellow grapefruit, pears, quince, but also herbal notes such as cucumber peel.
