Ritmo, located in Rome, is a stylish restaurant that specializes in natural wines. The establishment was inaugurated on June 10th, 2022, and is managed by a close-knit group of five young and dynamic individuals: Chiara, Corrado, Francesco, Gabriele, and Giorgia. This group of friends shares a profound love for natural wines, delectable cuisine, and, in particular, electronic music. Interestingly, Gabriele, Corrado, and Giorgia are also skilled DJs. Giorgia known as ‘Giorgia Ferrero’ and Gabriele and Corrado who collectively go by the name Asymptote, who have been actively involved in organizing a well-known Techno/Electronic music event in Rome called Resistance is Techno for the past 13 years.
Their passion for music has greatly influenced the concept and aesthetics of Ritmo. The term "Ritmo," which means "rhythm" in Italian, was deliberately chosen to showcase the strong connection between electronic music and the restaurant. The team aimed to infuse their love for music into every aspect of the establishment, and the name "Ritmo" perfectly encapsulates this idea. Additionally, the restaurant's design is a reflection of their musical inspiration. Notably, there is a console embedded in a marble sheet where vinyl records play throughout the night, creating an authentic and nostalgic atmosphere that pays homage to the origins of both music and natural wines.
As DJs and promoters of the Resistance is Techno party, the team has a deep-rooted connection to Rome's electronic music scene.
