Les Vins Célestes – The adventures of a nomad cave

Les Vins Célestes is the natural wine shop with an adventurous side – it’s the nomad cave 🚐 that travels around Annecy, spreading the love for terroir driven natural wine 🍷 throughout the city.

If only this little truck could cross seas, every city needs a nomad cave! Check out the Raisin map for their spot on Tuesdays and Fridays, and follow this link for their full schedule.

More than Wine opens its doors at The Bottle Shop in Zurich!

Today is the day that More than Wine opens its doors at The Bottle Shop in Zurich! For years, Jean-Marc Dedeyne and Edouard Thorens (aka The Winestache) have been involved in the natural wine scene online, through organizing Vin Vivant week, at le Gamper Bar and restaurant (two Raisin spots!), and sharing bottles from their exceptional selection.

Now you can find and enjoy a lot of these domaines sold online in the fun, friendly, and cozy shop – so don’t hesitate to stop on in!!

ambri

En route to Georgia!

Heading over to Georgia 🇬🇪, in Telavi to be specific, where Ambri Wine Saloon opened its doors only two months ago!

This cozy spot is brought to life by Sofie, a young Georgian woman who happened to study in France. Sofie offers a very specialized selection of wines, and expert advice. You will also find delectable cheese plates to accompany the wine – all local goat, sheep, and cow cheeses that you can’t taste anywhere else! 🧀🍷 Stay tuned, because Sofie plans to make her way into the vineyard sometime soon… (Shout-out to Christelle Pineau for telling about this awesome discovery from her trip!)

For the past 20 years in Geneva Emmanual Heydens is Le Passeur de vin.

For the past 20 years in Geneva 🇨🇭, Emmanual Heydens has done an incredible job of introducing and making Switzerland fall in love with natural wine 🍷.

His work doubles as an importer who runs natural wine salons of Europe, always aiming to bring new winemakers working without chemistry, and those who respect the environment. This work comes to life in his two shops in Lausanne and Geneva – Hats 🎩 off to Le Passeur du Vin 😉 Thanks to Harry Annoni for the amazing pictures!
