The company has organic certification and has completely abolished invasive chemical products in the vineyard, replacing them with natural extracts such as orange oil, algae extracts or mustard.
In the cellar, fermentations are spontaneous with macerations on the skins, no filtrations are carried out and, when possible, no sulphur is added.
