In 1998, it was a real crush that Lætitia and Rodolphe had for this 18 hectare plot, in Escales, near Lézignan. They then embarked on viticulture. Until 2002 while they passed their professional certificate, they began work to arrange the terraces, clearing them to be able to plant vines: Carignan at the start, then Syrah and Grenache and finally, a plot made up of Viognier , Grenache blanc and Roussanne. In total, 6 years of work were necessary to make the bottom cypress estate a wine estate where the vintages resonate like a poem. "We make pleasure wines" begins Rodolphe to present his cuvées to us, "we also find this notion in the names of our cuvées". We obtained the Organic label (Ecocert and Nature and Progress certification) in 2010. What is nice is that our neighbors have also applied for the label.
