My way is maybe a bit unusual. I came with 16 from Hungary trough an intership to the Mosel. I was impressed by the landscape and the wines, but too young to stay.
It took 15 years, many other jobs later (also in winery and different stuff), I decided. Just do it, somehow it’s gonna work…
I rent now around 1 Hectar vineyards, only steep slope, with Riesling grapes.
I do all works manual, with time and passion.
Harvest by hand to take the best stuff out of the vineyards. After harvest, the juice comes into used oak barrels and I let them take the time what they need. One day when it tastes ready, I bottle them. I never use filtration or additives (zero zero).
No red wines at the moment.
No rose wines at the moment.
No orange wines at the moment.
No sparkling wines at the moment.
