The most floral, mineral, elegant to me for the 2016 batch I had until now. Michel Guignier is a magician, his wine is so confidential, almost shy, only 11% and at the same time it brings your mind almost immediately in a spring field of flower mood, feminin mouth. Yummy!
Cela fait 2 ans sans beaujolais 🍷 nouveau de Michel, c’est trop long... là on tombe sur un jus qui se boit se boit avec du fruit 🍇 partout. En plus en l’associant avec des châtaignes 🌰 au coin du feu 🔥 on obtient un combo parfait 👍 ...
