In this Farm we preserve and defend knowledge, experiences, sharing, seeds and stories. Seeds and stories of resistance that brought us to this valley from many parts of Italy to oppose the construction of the TAV, a useless and harmful work. Among these mountains we exist, we resist and we create. Recovering ancient vineyards, caring for them, replanting varieties of native vines on the terraces that climb steeply among the rocks with stone steps, bringing beehives into the woods and fields, cultivating vegetable gardens, raising chickens, geese and goats, picking apples in abandoned orchards, giving hospitality to friends and woofers from all over the world. From our work come organic honey, apple juice, natural wines and other products of the earth. We produce a so-called natural artisanal wine, we do not add SO2 in any part of the winemaking process, we let the indigenous yeasts work and we do not stress with filtrations or clarifications. We take care of the vineyard with organic and eco-sustainable methods. Our vineyards, scattered around the Val di Susa, cover a total area of about 5 hectares, of which 3 are not accessible to mechanical means. The average yield is 20 quintals/ha. In recent years we have drastically reduced the quantities of copper and sulfur in the vineyard in favor of macerates and essential oils in order to restore the plants' self-defense.
