The GAEC les 2 fauves will be launched in 2022, in the town of Ribes, a magnificent village on the outskirts of the Cévennes.
Our estate is made up of a vineyard of approximately 6 hectares on terraces, managed according to organic farming specifications.
The newly built cellar is located on the outskirts of our plots. (at the following address: 162 route du Suel, 07 260 Ribes).
Our working philosophy is intended to be as least interventionist as possible while respecting living things; all our harvests are manual, the vinifications are made with native yeast, no input is used during the vinification process, the wines do not undergo filtration or fining, no sulphites have been used, from the reception of the grapes to the bottling process.
Our philosophy is to work our vines with passion as much as possible by hand, what we like most is to let the grapes express themselves, and to be spectators of the very expression of life and the terroir. .

<p>Notre domaine est constitu&eacute; d'un vignoble d'environ 6 hectares en terrasses, conduit selon le cahier des charges de l'agriculture biologique.</p>

<p>Notre philosophie de travail se veut le moins interventionniste possible dans le respect du vivant ; toute nos vendanges sont manuelles, les vinifications sont en levure indig&egrave;ne, aucun intrant n'est utilis&eacute; lors du processus de vinification, les vins ne subissent ni filtration, ni collage, aucun sulfite n'a &eacute;t&eacute; utilis&eacute;, de la r&eacute;ception du raisin &agrave; la mise en bouteille.</p>
<p>Notre philosophie est de travailler nos vignes avec passion le plus possible &agrave; la main, ce qu&rsquo;on aime le plus c&rsquo;est de laisser les raisins s&rsquo;exprimer, et d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre les spectateurs de l&rsquo;expression m&ecirc;me du vivant et du terroir.</p>
