Established in 2015, Kévin Barbet continues a work of mixed farming. The term farmer-winemaker perfectly describes the spirit of Kévin who is as passionate about his herd of cows as he is about his vines: two inseparable entities.
The farm cultivates 12 hectares of vines and 24 hectares of meadows.
The main objectives are:
Work the vines with a minimum of phytosanitary products.
Produce wines with minimal or no sulfur or additives.
Continue to perpetuate mixed farming through new projects.
Develop an ecosystem that is as rich and vibrant as possible.
Create a social and local anchor (tasting cellar, shop, creation of events, etc.)
