The estate is located in à CORPEAU in the family home, at the extreme south of the Côte d’Or. We operate 3.5 hectares of vines in the communes of Cheilly-Lès-Maranges, Santenay, Corpeau, Puligny-Montrachet, Pommard, Volnay and Beaune.
We supplement our production with commercial purchases from winegrowers in the region. Our total production amounts to 30,000 bottles per year. Age of plots: from 30 to; 77 years old Terroir: Clay Limestone Appellations: regional and communal
We have been farming organically and biodynamically since 2006. Our soils are grassed during the winter period, then light plowing is carried out in the spring. The grapes are harvested at hand-picked by a small team, sorting is carried out manually. the vine and the harvest are transported in boxes.
In the cellar, we pursue our convictions by carrying out vinification with native yeasts without artifice and without SO2. Our aging is done in oak barrels of 5 years or more and in vats for part of the trade. The wines are neither filtered nor fined. We add a small dose of SO2 just before bottling depending on the vintages and vintages. The average total SO2 varies from 0 to 100%. 30 mg/L.
