The project begins in early 2024, initiated by Iris Frauchiger and Vangelis Papaefthymiou, two self-taught people trained by travel and encounters. We cultivate 3.5 hectares of vines, already worked biodynamically for a long time. We spend most of our time in the vineyards with our Chenin Blanc, Syrah, Alicante Bouschet and Carignan Noir grape varieties. A space for reflection where we deconstruct today's agriculture to imagine that of tomorrow: more respectful, more sustainable and more inclusive.
Organisons Nous is about living wines, viticulture without borders, without chemicals, and committed to soil preservation. We strengthen our vines with herbal teas and natural preparations, and we limit copper and sulfur as much as possible when the weather challenges us.
In the cellar, the logic is the same: we intervene minimally. Fermentation is spontaneous, with indigenous yeasts and starters. Our wines are unfined, unfiltered, and receive only a micro-dose of sulfur if absolutely necessary, to stabilize the wine in the bottle.
