La Cordée Blanche was created in 2023 and is located in Frangy in Haute Savoie.

It is a 7 ha vineyard, shared between 2 sites:
- 5.6 ha in Frangy between Annecy and Geneva
- 1.4 ha in Veyrier-du-lac on the shores of Lake Annecy
We cultivate: Altesse (80%), Mondeuse (15%), some hybrids (5%)

In the vineyard:

The entire vineyard has committed to organic farming in 2021, biodiversity is preserved and the vines are surrounded by forests. We do not work the soil, believing that the ecosystem in place plays a vital role in the health and maintenance of the soil. We use some biodynamic principles such as lunar cycles and certain preparations. Our goal is to create a stable balance between nature and agriculture.

In the cellar:
We accompany the wines and intervene little. If necessary, we allow ourselves sulfur dioxide, and in this case in minimal dose. The wines are neither fined nor filtered and we age our wines with several containers such as wood, enameled steel, concrete or fiberglass.
