An agricultural engineer by training, Anne BUIATTI spent 10 years in Languedoc Roussillon before finding her anchor point in Bordeaux, in Graves, in Saint Morillon 30 minutes south of Bordeaux, where with her husband Grégoire, she fell under the spell of an old farm surrounded by forests and gravelly hillsides.
This is where the project of making one's own wine began in 2016, driven by a taste for creativity, freedom, love of the land and nature.
The vineyard has 4 hectares of vines, on Graves land around the estate, to which is added one hectare of Syrah on schist, located in Calce in Roussillon. A jewel of a vine brought back from its past in the South, cultivated without any chemical input. All the grapes are vinified in the Saint Morillon cellar in Gironde and the result is natural and original vintages, made with precision and passion.
New vintages will soon be coming, from young vines planted in 2021 on stakes near the estate: old forgotten grape varieties such as Castet, Mérille, Carménère planted in the middle of the forest: agroforestry naturally!
The Maison Advinam project goes beyond wine: orchards, chickens, sheep, beehives are an integral part of the organization of life on the estate: peasant production, respectful of nature, where hands and nature are the precious allies of everyday life.
No rose wines at the moment.
